Minesh is originally from Florida and earned a Master’s degree in Economics from Florida State University. He has extensive experience with real estate transactions and business operations. Minesh can help optimize your entity structure or personal tax situation to minimize your tax liability as well as prepare your taxes.
Jake Johnson, J.D.
Jake is an attorney who has represented large corporations and insurers in business disputes and transactions, as well as defending business entities and individuals charged with crimes. Jake attended Kansas State University where he received a Bachelor of Finance and then went on to Washburn University Law School to earn his Juris Doctor. After practicing law in the Wichita area for several years following law school, Jake and his wife moved to Denver, Colorado where he joined a large law firm in 2010 and became a partner. Jake stepped away from his partnership at the law firm to join an investment and tax firm in Denver. Several years and two children later, Jake and his wife returned to Kansas in 2020 to be around family. Jake now focuses his practice on business and individual taxes, as well as IRS representation.
ANTHONY PUGLIESE
Tax Accountant
Anthony Pugliese is an enrolled agent and he has several years experience preparing tax documentation and conducting analysis for tax preparation and IRS representation work.
